Service Description

This workshop is informative and interactive. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will learn about the benefits of yoga, breath work and proper alignment for various poses. George and Reanna will provide individualized attention to each participant while providing specific cues and alignment techniques for your toolbox. The workshop will take place from 1:30pm-3:00pm in our studio. Cost is $25 plus tax.
